Once you’ve downloaded the standalone update installer package for Windows 10, run the installer and wait for the installation to complete. After that, restart your computer to apply the updates.
Once your system reboots, open the Control Panel, navigate to Programs → Uninstall a Program, and select Turn Windows features on or off. From there, make sure all Remote Server Administration Tools (RSAT) are checked.

To access the RSAT tools, go to Control Panel > System and Security > Administrative Tools.
You can also find them in the Administrative Tools menu from the Start menu. Alternatively, open Windows MMC, then navigate to File > Add/Remove Snap-in to add the necessary Snap-ins.

The most commonly used tools, such as Active Directory Users and Computers (ADUC), DNS, and Group Policy Management, can be easily accessed from the desktop by creating shortcuts using the “Send to” option from the context menu.
